East Lothian Council provides help and advice to local voluntary and charity groups on how to access funding for projects. The world of funding can be a daunting one with sources ranging from Lottery, through Trusts and Foundations, European and statutory bodies.

We produce a Signpost to Funding newsletter which is distributed to over 500 local groups and is available at public access points throughout East Lothian. The latest is available in PDF format under quick links on this page.

• Social Enterprise/Economy Page - Home page of the East Lothian Social Economy Partnership (ELSEP). This offers advice and links to a number of support and funding sources for Social Enterprises, whether established, getting started or just thinking about it.

East Lothian Voluntary Organisations Network (ELVON) is the local voluntary sector network organisation and also offer similar advice as well as more general advice on setting up and running a voluntary organisation.
