Drawing Scales
All drawings must have a scale marked on them including a scale bar:

Brochures/Photographs
As an alternative to drawings, brochures may be appropriate for giving the details of a satellite dish, garden shed, windows, oil tank. Please ensure that if you enclose the brochure the product is clearly marked, or alternatively, enclose only the relevant page(s); For Conservation Area Consent or retrospective applications for development already carried out photographs of the building/structure to be demolished or of the new development carried out may be appropriate, as an alternative to detailed drawings. If you use photographs or brochures you must provide details/specifications of the dimensions of the object(s) featured or marked.
Drawing Colours
Site and location plans - development site must be outlined in red and all new works should be clearly marked and noted; Other land within the applicant's ownership/control must be outlined in blue; All new works must be coloured on floor/elevations drawings.
