Our aim is to provide useful and accurate information to the people of East Lothian. To do this, we have a dedicated person responsible for the upkeep of the directory. Rachel Dykes is based at Library & Museum Headquarters in Haddington.

“I check around 10 entries each day to make sure the information we have is still correct. It is amazing how many organisations can be found on the internet and I get a lot of details this way. I do write to some groups and ask them to confirm their details too. In most cases, people are really keen to be involved!”

There are currently over 1700 groups found in the directory and we are adding more all the time. For information about adding your group, click here.

The directory has a simple style that is easy to use. We want to make the site as interactive as possible and encourage groups to add and edit their own details. For information about updating your groups details, click here.
