Health and Safety
Every year in Great Britain, many people are killed or injured from work related activities, which can result in huge personal loss and suffering.
The Food & Safety Team carry out routine inspections of all business premises including small shops, hotels, industrial units, etc to ensure as far as is practicable, that local businesses are observing their responsibilities in terms of the Health and Safety legislation.
Members of the team will also visit premises to follow up complaints, accidents or to give advice.
