Public Toilets
East Lothian Council recognises the importance of public toilets both for its local residents and visitors to the area.
The commitment by the council to provide excellent services is evident in the public toilet facilities provided. This excellence has been recognised by the British Toilet Association who have awarded East Lothian the overall winner in the "Loo of the Year Award" 2002/3.
The region has 7 attended toilets which are sited at North Berwick, Dunbar, Haddington, Musselburgh, Prestonpans, Port Seton, and Tranent. These toilets include baby changing facilities, disabled access and disabled toilet facilities. Also there are seasonal toilets sited in local villages and beach areas.
If you have visited our toilets and have a comment to make, or wish to find out more facts please contact Calum Macaulay on 01620 827646 who will be happy to assist.
